Rock Bottom did our underpinning in January. We were highly impressed with their crew, they worked six days a week and were incredibly hard-working. They left the site as neat as possible given they were digging so much dirt out! Rock Bottom has their own truck to come and take away the bins when they are full which kept things moving very quickly. Another company was underpinning a house on our street and their crews were stalled waiting for the bin to be removed for lengthy periods of time. We received several quotes and the cost was comparable among all of them. We chose Rock Bottom based on reputation, and because we liked dealing with Jamie. Both Jamie and Dion were quick to answer questions and very responsive to any concerns. Job was completed on schedule and its hard to remember that we ever had such a short basement!

Our dryer broke Sunday night - I was referred to Brannan's by a friend so I emailed that evening. By Monday at 730 am I had a response, and had booked a repair for today (he would have come yesterday but we weren't able to be home!) Having someone so knowledgeable be able to come to fix it so quickly was very impressive. Great service, thank you so much!

When we bought our home 16 months ago, our yard had an ugly chain link fence on one side of the yard and no fence - or any divide - on the other. We needed to enclose our yard because we have small children, and we decided to build a deck at the same time. We contacted Zion on a friend's deco - and we met with several other companies as well. While his quote wasn't the least expensive, we truly felt we were getting more for our dollars if we went with Zion. Now that the project is complete - we are completely and totally thrilled with our choice! Zion came to meet with us on our schedule, was clear and very personable, and obviously has a ton of experience. He came with great ideas and also was very collaborative with what we had envisioned for our project. The crew (Trevor, Nicole and Matthew) were nothing short of AWESOME. These guys work HARD. They arrived early and worked long days, always cleaning and tidying before leaving the job site. They were courteous, professional, and went above and beyond at every turn. I cannot say enough good things about having them here. All in all, it took two weeks to tear down what was there and construct our beautiful deck, fence and shed - it went remarkably quickly given that there are three levels of deck, glass railings, three sides of the yard fenced and a racoon proof shed! The workmanship is extremely high quality and we are thrilled. Zion checked in daily throughout the project to ensure we were kept up to date with everything. He really takes customer service to an elevated level and guarantees his work. We have already recommended this company to several friends and will continue to do so. I hired 2 Guys Painting last Feb when we moved into our new (old) house. Dave's team delivered everything on time and on budget and were extremely professional - and Sham is drywall repair genius! They were also incredibly helpful in terms of reco's for paint type and quantity. They aren't the cheapest company - but I've hired cheap(er) painters in the past and you truly get what you pay for. I have just hired them again for additional interior painting and will continue to, whenever the need arises - I don't bother calling around. Great team to work with!
