The element on our 20 year old Thermador oven burned out. It was very difficult to find someone who knew about the part or who would do the work...until we found Pambis Appliance Repair. Our work was done on time, efficiently and with respect to our home and our old oven. We were thrilled! We would most certainly use Pambis again for repairs and would not hesitate to tell others!

Tony gave us several options in his quote. All communication between Tony, Crystal and us was excellent...clear, concise, honest and comprehensive. The work was begun and completed on time. The clean up was very good. Most of our work was done by Domenic who is a very talented, reliable, responsible young man who knows his craft and takes pride in his work. Imran came to repair our old gas fireplace. He arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very honest. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and also shared his expertise with us about maintaining our fireplace. He was amazing! We highly recommend him!
