I called about my water heating not working. Within a half hour Kristin was at the door. She set about replacing the required part and was finished in no time. She is totally capable, friendly and one of the best service persons I have had in my home. If only all companies had service people of this quality.

I had three sets of Palma doors installed by a door and window company but they were extremely drafty. Finally the company arranged for Palma to come and, after checking the doors, they sent THEIR service person in very quickly. He spent several hours doing necessary adjustments. End result - my cold rooms are now perfectly warm,. I have had many service people to my homes and none of them have been as capable as Palma's. He was totally committed to making sure that the doors were perfectly installed. This really is a quality of service that we rarely see nowadays.

When I suddenly discovered that I had a problem in my home, a neighbour recommended Kevin to me. I can not say enough about him. He came immediately, explained what he would do and the results, and left with absolutely no sign that he had even been here. The results were amazing. It has been eight months now and I am going to call him back just for the peace of mind that I get from having Kevin not only take care of the problem but that there is also a six-month warranty should you have any further difficulties which I did not. It is so good to deal with a company like Kevin's.
