Our basement flooded due to a poor external outtake pipe installation by another company. We called Clarke Basement Systems, who had previously come in to install a sump system and they knew immediately what to do to fix the problem. Ali Fereid was the service technician and he did a phenomenal job of not only explaining the issue, but ensuring that it was properly addressed not only for the immediate term, but the long-term. We'd highly recommend both Ali and the company for how quickly they came in during the holiday season to help us deal with the mess.

Navin and his team did excellent work. He was always punctual, ensured the site was clean, took great care in his work & his finished product was great. We had a minor issue that was unrelated to his work and he was able to address it as well...ensuring that he didn't just do the minimum work required, but taking care to make sure the job was done right.

As luck would have it, I called Keith to install my gas line at the exact moment he was within 10min from my house finishing another job. Instead of doing what many people could, which was offer me a date in a week or so, he was eager to come over that day. 90min later he arrived, installed the gas line, provided me with the proper operating instructions & left just as quickly. My steaks were delicious and I owe it all to Keith!

Imran is the true definition of a gentleman and was a real pleasure to deal with. He confirmed my appointment without any hassle, re-confirmed the day before and arrived at my home 5min early. He was efficient with his time and explained everything he did and needed to do to ensure the efficient operation of a natural gas fireplace that hadn't been used in 5 yrs. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for others and will be sure to give him a call when it his time to service the fireplace in my next home.
