Scott, Randy and the rest of their team did a fantastic job converting my 35 yr old red brick house to stucco. I had them do the front 2 years ago and just called them back to finish the back of the house as I was very happy with their workmanship. They are perfectionist at what they do and work hard to complete the project on time as promised weather permitting! For such a large project I couldnt have asked for it to go smoother. Thanks! When the owner Bill wants to get a sale he can come across as very friendly. When he does the job it's completely different. The exterior door was finished the wrong colour by far. Instead of ebony/espresso it was cherry wood. He just re painted it and now it's peeling. Also, I ordered a 80" double door set and he ended up putting a 72" set. No refund and no redo. He basically threatened to put a lean on my house if I didn't pay up! I had them replace my basement windows and they installed smaller versions and filled the rest in with foam! Just awful. Who does that. Now I have tiny windows with large plastic frames. Looks so cheap. You expect the replacement to be of the same size. Avoid Dominion Doors and Windows at all costs. Lots of better options I am sure.

I forgot the guy's name but the manager/sales person was excellent to deal with. Very honest and straight forward. Did what he said he would do and the job turned out great. I would recommend this company for paving services.

Bad Awful Experience. Stay away from this company! I hired them to remove snow during the 2016/2017 season. To start with they don't follow their own policies about when to show up. While there's enough snow for all my neighbours to have there driveways plowed apparently there isn't enough for Donnlyn Group to bother with! And even on the days they did bother showing up it would be in the afternoon after I've already had to ram my cars through the snowy driveway to get out. The worst thing is that I called for salting one day and a huge truck comes by. I have a circular driveway with a gate and when maneuvering around the driver backed into my gate causing extensive damage. I was watching from my house window because I was curious to see how much salt they put out there (they skimped of course and he blamed it on the dispenser malfunctioning). Long story short I saw the truck back into the gate and went out and talked to him about it. We both took pictures as you can see attached and it's clear that the damage is fresh. Driver said that he will get his boss to fix it and I didn't hear back for months. I followed up and the owner Jamie argues with me back and forth saying that it's not his truck and that the damage was there before?? You can see in the images that the paint is freshly flaking off. His driver acknowledged it and yet the owner who wasn't there somehow doesn't take responsibility. He tells me prove it with a video - like who records someone salting their driveway!! Anyhow, I'm sure this guy will try to say something to devaluate my review. He tries to be a bully and intimidating but I don't care. Hopefully this message is useful to others.

Unfortunately every now and then we come across a customer like this that has previous damage to the property was just looking for someone else to blame it on not paid her bills and for this gate had a severe dent There was damage to both sides of the gate and was cleared to see the damage has been there for a while these are the types of customers would like to avoid but we don't know until it's too late
