replace hotwater sensor for hot water tank
they came out the replace the piece within 3 days. the second time we used them and they have always been responsive and reasonably priced. only issue was after the first visit they were suppose to get the replacement part so it was handy and they did not, only when we needed did they get it, which delayed the replacement
They started on one of the coldest day of year so far. They poured the cement one day and came back 3 days later and built our deck. Deck is well built and when we need them to change one section they came back and did it with no questions asked. They removed all their garbage and were polite. Only issue was lack of drawings for the design of the deck prior to starting. Other than that I would use ME Contracting again for my landscaping/decking needs

Waterproofing & benching of home
Jamie and the RCC team did an excellent job in fixing a significant problem that my original contract left us with. The crew worked quickly and were very professional. Reduced the amount of disruption to both my family and my neighbours.

Guard Hot Water Tank not working
On Saturday morning our hot water tank stop working. I phoned Mark explained the issue and he said he would come by that evening to have a look. He called in advance of coming and arrived within the hour. He fixed the problem (sensor was dirty) within an hour and got the hot water tank working again. Mark was returning on Monday with the part just in case we had the issue again, since the sensor is usually only good for 4 years and we have had the water tank for 3 years already. Mark was very good and did an excellent job working in a very tight spot on a Saturday evening. This allowed us to have hot water over the weekend instead of having to wait until Monday at the earliest to get someone in. Thanks Mark
