Angelo, and Ann went above and beyond to make this whole experience great. The team of workers are professional, and very personable. All aspects of the job were done with my best interest in mind. I have never had a company put in so much effort to see that I was completely satisfied through the entire process.

I was very impressed with the fast response time to my initial contact. I did have to wait 6 weeks for the work to get done, but that was expected when someone has such a good reputation; they are very busy. Well worth the wait though. Ross and his son besides being very personable, were on time each day they needed to complete the jobs, and I am happy with their work. I would definitely use their service again when needed.

I have used this company before for window replacement, so I called them when I needed a new patio door. Everything was good from the initial sale to the final install. They arrived when they said they would and I am happy with my new door.

We have had our basement flooded three times with sewage within the last 7 months, and since the city can't seem to stop the problem, it was recommended that we install a backwater valve. We've never had the need to use a plumbing company before so I did some research and liked what I found out about DrainWorks. I certainly made the correct choice. They were professional, courteous and arrived when they said they would. They came within a couple of hours of calling, put a camera down our drain in the basement and assessed which type of valve we needed to stop us from getting sewage backup again. They were here a couple of days later to install the valve; which was fine as it was not an emergency situation. The concrete floor had to be broken in order for them to install the valve and reroute some pipes. This work had to be left open so that it could be approved by a building inspector. The inspector came two days later and said Drainworks did an excellent job. As soon as the inspection was done I phoned DrainWorks and they came the next morning and finished the job; replacing the concrete, capping the valve and cleaning up. After this DrainWorks sent their own inspection person to make sure everything was done/cleaned up properly and to answer any questions that we had before making our final payment. Everything was to our satisfaction. We were kept informed right from our first telephone conversation all the way through the whole process. It was a great experience dealing with Armando, William, Walter and all the others who were involved.
