Daniel and his team did an excellent job of re-shingling my roof. They gave a very reasonable and fair quote and there were no surprises on completion of the work. They provided timely service, showing up early in the morning and completing the work by the same evening. The Dc Avalon team was professional, trustworthy, organized and knowledgeable and worked very well together. They enjoyed their work and that was reflected in the level of care they delivered and the quality of their product. The area around the house was left cleared of all debris. Daniel and his team were extremely pleasant to work withs. Overall I had an excellent customer experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

Water leaked from a heating/cooling unit, under the floor and was absorbed into the wall panels until it was noticed. Mark Mirashi and his crew came to address the damage caused by the leak by the next morning. They quickly assessed the situation and ensured that the wet floors were removed and wet walls were cut away. Fans and dehumidifiers were left to dry the premises and ensured that mold would not grow. The emergency work was completed within two days. At the same time we were dealing with our insurance company. Mark provided sage advice which helped to ensure that the proper scope of work was allowed. Once matters were settled with the insurance company, Mark and his trades returned to the job site to ensure the rebuild was completed before the holiday season began. Serge provided me an assessment and various options to address the wet basement problems I had. He provided knowledgeable advice and practical solutions that would address the issue and was mindful of budgetary constraints. He worked closely with his team lead, Alex who in turn provided excellent onsite oversight of the work. The job was done on time, to a very high quality, with friendly workers.
