Mark from the Restorators Inc was invited to my house to do an asbestos abatement service. Mark was knowledgeable and forthright from the start. Ron and the other members of his work crew completed the work on time. In fact they stayed late at the house to ensure that everything was done properly. Contacted Mark and his team after we discovered water under our flooring. He responded quickly and determined the source of the water was coming from our standing shower. He took a lot of stress and anxiety away from us by handling everything on the insurance side of things- he initiated the claim with my insurance company and submitted all documents (pictures, estimates, etc). We ended up being covered 100% by insurance. Mark always made sure we were happy with the work that was done even if that meant sending a few guys back over to do a few minor touch ups. He was super approachable throughout and really took the time to explain things to me. Everyone on his team was extremely pleasant and considerate while working.

I had 2 rooms with popcorn ceilings and some damage due to a leaky roof. They honoured their quotes with no hidden fees and did an amazing job. Everything was done to the greatest standard of sealing and protecting the job area and any of my large furniture belongings that remained in the room. Everyone was kind and friendly and their attention to detail was noticed and so appreciated. We called them when we noticed water dripping from the ceiling of our basement. They did a good job in removing the damage drywall, identifying the source of water, and fixing the problem. I would recommend that you ask them for a written not a verbal quotation even if you have an emergency. I was told when I called them over the phone that I will pay $200 in the first hour and then $50 every hour after that. What happened is that they brought a big crew (5) even though the job would require only 2. We were charged for each one of these crew members $50/hr. Not only that. They left us two old fans and dehumidifier to dry the basement and later charged us a fortune for these old equipment. I ended up paying $2000 for a job that took 3 hours of work.
