Dave and Tristan did a very good job of trimming the tree. Dave explained to me that cutting too much can shock the tree, seems to make sense specially since the tree had never been pruned or trimmed in years. They considered my request of being careful around the entryway to the backyard and did a clean up of the surroundings that turned out much cleaner than before. Price is competitive and within range. Will follow up within 2 years as Dave suggested, so it will be more beneficial to the tree. Keep up the good work.

Our oven is old and since we have not budgeted to buy a new one, we needed to have it repaired. Searched HomeStars and left messages to 3 service providers. Rick called back a few minutes and he replied to my questions, on Covid protocols (right set up) and expected cost (within my budget) and he will be able to fix it on the same day. He arrived within the time frame he gave, replaced the item and checked all that needs to be checked. He was thorough and cleaned up the work area. The oven is working and we are grateful that he saved us some money and Rick now has a customer who will be a repeat one.

Due to the July 8 rainstorm that flooded our basement, our preventive plan is to waterproof our place, to minimize any damage that another flooding will bring if it happens again. After reviewing, inquiring about various ways to waterproof, we settled for the system that ClarkeBasement offers. Price wise it's not cheap or too expensive but for the products offered (Waterguard/TripleSafe/SaniDry and Iceguards) it's worth the price. Hoping that all of these make our basement dry come another heavy rainfall. The crew of Dave and Noel were on time and finish the job on schedule. Both were courteous and answered our questions with ease showing good customer service.

Our porch needed repairs and aside from minor issues, the final outcome came to be beautiful and neighbors gave us great compliments. Joe's knowledge and his crew's (Bill, Ralph and Colin) hardwork delivered a result that made us truly happy of the outcome.
