Was referred to New Canadian when a different company failed to solve the issue of toilet overflowing. New Canadian was extremely thorough and went through every inch of piping - identifying exactly what needed to be replaced to solve the problem once and for all. While it was a costly job, it did include a large amount of work - including some additional work that was identified in middle of the initial job - and everything was done carefully and thoroughly and the problem was finally solved. There is no guesswork with New Canadian (unlike the previous company), they truly care about helping you solve your plumbing issue. Ozon was a pleasure to deal with - respectful, patient and goo natured. These are definitely now my go-to plumbers.

I used Restoration 1 after a sewage back-up. Suffice it to say, this was an extremely stressful situation. Benny came over right away and was very up-front with us on his quote and our various options. After deciding to proceed with Restoration 1, they came back that afternoon and immediately got to work, finishing the job in record time. It really was the best we could have hoped for in an otherwise unfortunate circumstance. I would highly recommend Benny and Restoration 1 for any restoration job.

You can imagine the horror of coming home to a sewer backup in my basement. However, Mike and the guys at Public Plumbing came through for us big time. Mike came that same night - at 10:00 pm - and was able to snake the drain with the camera, release the blockage so we could resume using the water (with a large family, this was crucial) and figure out what caused it in the first place. He was very up-front about what the best fix would be and what it would cost, as well as possible alternatives and the associated risks with those. In the end, he was able to book a crew to come replace the broken section of pipe for the very next morning. The crew was there when they were supposed to be, the job was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally and overall Public Plumbing did an incredible job of helping us through a difficult time - all at a reasonable cost. Public Plumbing is definitely our new "go-to" for the future.
