I hired Yuri to inspect a home I was thinking of buying. He arrived even before me and was already at work. Yuri was fantastic! My wife and family and myself, were thoroughly impressed at his knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. Not only did he inspect the home, he explained everything to me from potential problems to future and daily maintenance of the home. I had a concern for water penetration and so I ordered the premium package with thermal imaging. It was very impressive seeing Yuri do thermal imaging and explain to me what the screen showed. Yuri was kind, funny and very easy going. It was a pleasure hiring him and I would hire him in a heartbeat in the future. Thanks again Yuri!

I discovered a leak in my bathroom that I realized was coming from my flat roof above. I called Oleg and he was there the next day. I had no idea where the leak could be coming from, but in 5 minutes he pinpointed the problem. He was very accomodating and worked around my schedule. In a week, he was back and fixed the lipping around the my rooftop landing, which was inadequately built by my builder. The job looks great and very professional. What was also great about Oleg, was that he didn't even want to be paid until after the next few rainfalls...to be sure the problem was rectified. He was honest, and very pleasant.
