I hired Yuri to inspect a home I was thinking of buying. He arrived even before me and was already at work. Yuri was fantastic! My wife and family and myself, were thoroughly impressed at his knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. Not only did he inspect the home, he explained everything to me from potential problems to future and daily maintenance of the home. I had a concern for water penetration and so I ordered the premium package with thermal imaging. It was very impressive seeing Yuri do thermal imaging and explain to me what the screen showed.
