After deciding to upgrade secondary suite and considering various contractors, we decided to go with Jeff and Suite Builder. The upgrade included: Removing drop down ceiling tile, framing and dry walling /painting the ceiling, electrical work consisting of installing interconnected smoke detectors and new lighting fixtures, installing an egress window, installing and venting a new range hood, some minor plumbing repair and taking care of all the permits (electrical, etc.) From the first time we met for the estimate, he was professional, reliable and extremely knowledgeable. His expertise in dealing with permits and everything the city required was excellent leading up to the actual renovations and continued right through to obtaining the occupancy permit. He was involved in all the necessary inspections with the city and made sure that everything was done to comply with code and regulation. His pricing was very fair and he completed everything quicker than anticipated which was fantastic. We look forward to working with Jeff in the future on future projects and highly recommend Suite Builder if you are looking for a highly skilled, reliable contractor who takes pride in the high quality work they do. Butler continues to provide exceptional customer service and plumbing solutions. I had a pin hole crack form in the hot waterline which was spraying water when under pressure and needed it replaced ASAP. Chelsey was excellent in fitting me into the busy schedule and Travis was able to make it out the very next day to replace the needed hot water line section. Excellent experience all around as has been all my other experiences with Butler and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality plumbing services. Greg W

This was my first experience with Robart and I will most definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality electrical work. Nathan and his crew were on time, professional, highly skilled, polite and cleaned up after themselves after the work was completed. This being the first time using Fused Power, I was very impressed with Mike's knowledge and overall service. He did an excellent job adjusting our sump pump power breaker while charging a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Fused Power to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled electrician.

This review is actually for two service calls one with Kevin to our primary residence to install a new kitchen faucet back on Oct.15th, 2013 and another with Travis for a rental property more recently on Feb.13th, 2014 to repair a leaking bathtub faucet. In both instances the service was professional, of high quality and completed in a very timely manner at a reasonable price. The technicians were friendly, experienced and offered a high level of expertise in dealing with both situations. This is the 3rd and 4th time using Butler and I am very pleased with their expertise and service.
