Dan was fast, efficient, affordable, a pleasure to deal with and his drawers are great. It's simple, he produces a great product that lasts and works. We've compared him against many others that do this sort of work and he is the best by far. Don't be fooled by anyone else.
I asked Paul and his crew to clean the duct work in my home as well as the outdoor dryer vent exhaust. It was the middle of a very cold 2014 winter and Paul quoted me $150 for the entire job. The team came over and quickly determined that my ducts were already clean and I didn't need their services. Then the went outside tin the freezing cold weather to clean my dryer vent which is located on the second story of my home. They spent an hour on a latter, removing a bird's nest and lots of debris. They also replaced my broken external vent cover. They did a great job and in the end, only charged me $90. These guys are honest and do a great job. It's rare that someone comes to your house and says you don't need what they are selling. Then, charges you less for other work done. I highly recommend them to anyone. We paid Omega in full to design, create, manufacture and install our exterior wrought iron railings. Omega promised to provide galvanized high quality iron that would never rust. Instead they supplied a mix of wrought and cast iron that was not galvanized. Our railings began to rust only 3 months after his installation. We called Omega at least 20 times and despite promises to repair and replace the damage, they never showed up or made good on any of their promises. Our railings are completely rusted through and we need to replace them. They have caused damage to our stairs which need to be repaired, adding extra cost to the situation. Omega did not honor the contract or stand behind their work. I would never Omega again or recommend them to anyone.

It is unfortunate to hear of your experience, and considering this happened 7 years ago we are surprised to read this and just find out about it now. It is for this reason exactly that we always highly suggest and recommend that our clients have their outdoor railings galvanized to avoid rusting(but cannot say "never rust"). We make it very clear that if you choose not to do so the railings will likely rust as is a natural occurrence of iron exposed to various weather conditions. After more than forty years in the industry we certainly know our business and our products very well. We are currently working on an exterior railings project for Holmes Approved Homes and these railings were galvanized as they should be. Also, we came by your property and noticed that someone did some alterations to the railings where the stairs meet and believe this is most likely what caused the damage to your stairs. We are truly sorry you didn’t have a great experience and always strive to make our clients happy; it is unfortunate you did not contact us directly so we could have tried to fix the problem you experienced regardless of who was at fault here.
