I had a tight timeline to paint my entire 3 story house (ceilings, walls and trim) after the previous painter ghosted me. Bryan have a very competitive price and was able to complete the job with a tight timeline. Everything looks great and professional. He is also so friendly and honest. I will definitely use him again if I need painting done

Aqua did the insulation on our house that was gutted and an addition added. Price was competitive, they were able to accommodate our moving work date and were professional. Passed inspection with no problem

I had Canadian Roofing come to completely replace the roof on my house. I needed them to remove all the layers (4 of shingles, including a layer of cedar shake and 3 on the flat roof). Their quote was competitive but the other reason I chose them is that they weer fairly definitive in what they needed done. (They noted the cedar shake and multiple layer - the other quotes said if they found more I would be charged more). The company was very busy and I had to wait over a month for the job to get done. When the crew came to my house, they were extremely hardworking and removed all the layers and cleaned the debris in a day. They did find rot in my flat roof structure however and recommended that I need to get it reframed. The costs to do this seemed a bit high but it needed to be done. All the work was done by the second day except the soffits and eaves troughs that were removed to reframe the roof. I needed to call back a few times to have them complete the aluminum work. Overall I am very happy with the new roof. The crew worked quickly and was courteous. Bill and Dan were accomodating with our concerns about the additional costs regarding the fixing of the rot found.

We had Bayview come to move our radiator when we redid our washroom. He was able to move the piping to the new floor location before our contractor came to start work then came back to hook up the new radiator one this was done. He came on time was very friendly and was able to work with our ancient heating system. New rad works great, haven't had a problem.

I ordered a bedroom set in November, paid a deposit and was told that I would recieve it in time for when I moved into my new home in January. January came and no call so I followed up and they said yes, it was in and scheduled delivery and made me pay the full amount. Delivery men came (4 hours late of course) and there were only 2 night tables, no bed. Apparently the bed was damaged. I refuse delivery of the tables saying I want everything at once. Afterwards no one calls me so I follow-up and keep getting different stories. It's in the warehouse they just can't find it..... they receievd the bed damaged, and have ordered a new one.... the new bed in stuck at the border..... etc. Glen was particularily bad would always promise to call and never did. They even offered me loaner furniture.... but delivered it to my old address. That was the last straw, after calling twice a week for 2 months trying to get a straight answer and never getting one, I called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. A week after I did get a call from Glen... of course I didn't answer or call back. Such bad customer service doesn't deserve my business. Buyer beware... once they sell you the item don't expect to see it on time or get the time of day. They just don't care.

We began noticing that there was a mouse/rat in our house a few months after moving in. We tried all the store bought methods and thought we had solved the problem until we saw one right in our dining room. Immediately we called GTA based on their homestars rating and Troy came the next day. He was friendly efficient and took the time to look around the entire house and property to see where they might be and looked for any holes. He also was happy to talk about the problem and how to solve it. We haven't seen any since and have checked all the bait and no new nibbles. Thanks for getting rid of the critters, I'm sleeping much easier knowing they are not in my house.
