The oven door handle came loose so with the help of some YouTube videos, we got it off no problem. Ben's had the replacement in right away. Friendly, knowledgeable service. I learned they sell refills of laundry detergent and dish soap and other kinds of soap! A win for the environment close to home! We have gotten at least five different appliances from Ben's and have never been disappointed with the store or its service. Thank you!

The technician, Ryan, was thorough, professional, and knowledgable. He explained things in a way I easily understood. When my mistake delayed him, not only was he kind, he helped bring in the groceries. That's full spectrum customer care at it's best!

A few years ago at a different house, we had a different company provide new windows. It was a nightmarish experience that included broken glass on the front lawn and drywall ruined around most windows. It took three days to clean up and left me very disturbed by the whole experience.
