A leaky corner gutter was creating a big pool of water and a huge racket before we got it fixed by KR Gutter. From the person we spoke to on the phone who booked the appointment to the 2 person crew that showed up a few days later, everyone at KR was great. Their courtesy on the phone and the quality of work was top notch. Our gutters are now properly and more quietly funnelling rainwater off our roof.

Was referred to Rise and Shine by a our very picky friend last year after we noticed our gutter corners leaking and not having them cleaned in the 2 years we've been at our home. Tom and crew came on time and were great in removing a lot of debris and mud from our clogged gutters. They repaired and charged us for only 2 of 3 leaky corners and were honest enough to let us know that they couldn't fix the third one. I'm glad they were able to recommended another company that fixes and installs gutters.

A friend recommended Richard have a look and give us quote to replace our old outdoor stair railings. Installation followed after a week or two. We now have great looking, low-maintenance black aluminum railings.

Our system was setting off alarms to the monitoring station in error. Raymond, the technician, was dispatched to our house to fix the problem. He was prompt and courteous. Replaced the faulty door sensor. Also checked and tested all the other sensors to make sure they are OK. No charge for this call either.

We now have our dream kitchen. Before we started, Chris helped us make choices that fit our preferences, space, and most of all our budget. The crew showed up on time and we were updated daily on the progress. Their impeccable attention to detail shows in the end result. Highly recommend Koru Construction.

Tundra did the plumbing for our kitchen renos. I called them back when I discovered a slow leak in a bent copper pipe in the basement. Work was done quickly, neatly, and professionally. They were OK with me watching them work too and I sure learned a lot.

They did a great job with our ducts after some home renos were completed. He showed us what as in the ducts before and after cleaning (found a couple of things from the 1960's in the ducts). I've been trying to convince a few of my friends who have never done this to get theirs cleaned too.

We wanted to take advantage of government home renovation rebates and a friend recommended Amerispec. We ended up with the same consultant who was very thorough in our energy assessment. He walked us through our options and what we could get back in rebates. We beefed up our insulation and we got our rebates. Process was easy and painless.

We are repeat customers. As we did years ago at our first house, we had Centra replace several windows and 1 door in the new "old" house we just bought. Joan was great in showing us their selections and explaining our options. Installers were very professional and our new windows look great!
