Gurpreet and his team at Sky Kitchens were amazing to work with. I now have a beautiful kitchen that gives me such joy and contentment every day. The price is also so competitive. They control manufacturing to install so there were zero delays and they can turn their projects around in no time at all. For my renovation (entire home gutted) we had to make changes to the initial plan and Gurpreet easily manipulated the drafts and we were able to find good solutions to the issues (loosing space in kitchen to the stairs). Stress free and great quality. What every renovations needs.

This project is near and dear to my heart. This project was for my forever home. I did a lot of research and I took my time settling on the right person/company for the job. I had never met Amir before and I had no history with Quasar trend. I simply started out on HomeStars, reading reviews and doing whatever research I could, and finally, after meeting with other companies and getting other estimates, I settled on Quasar Trend Inc. I am certain that I made the best decision. Now I have a forever home with the big and little things done just right to show for it. What I know now is that a project of this size doesn't have to feel overwhelming. You need to trust the team you hire and trust is easy when it comes to Amir and his team. From the first walk through of my home, Amir displayed a confidence and a level of knowledge that stood out. He manages the work and only works with A list tradesmen. Every professional that came to work on my home was courteous and all of them did excellent work. All of my contractor friends and other trades who came and went raved about the quality of the work at every step of the way. We did a FULL GUT of a home I purchased and topped it all off with some landscaping and other outdoor finishes. Amir was there at every step of the way to help me make the best decisions possible. I really appreciated his standard of excellence and even when something wasn't done just right, I found myself more willing to settle than Amir was. That is an invaluable characteristic in a project manager! He routinely spoke up to ensure that the finished product would exceed my expectations and it has. Price wise, I found Amir to be fair. There are cheaper contractors where you get what you pay for and more expensive ones that maybe only service the rich. I routinely shopped around for independent bids and always found Amir's pricing to be fair. He gave me my tasks in a timely fashion to make sure there were no delays and I MOVED IN RIGHT ON SCHEDULE as we planned. I did a large renovation of my first home years ago and it was hard. It was a budget contractor and things went way past the deadline. This time, of all the things that could go wrong - - so many things went so well. I recommend Amir and his team WITHOUT RESERVATION. I tell him all the time that I am thrilled I chose him and that he agreed. My kids and I are forever grateful.

Clifford and his team were just what I was looking for. I kept hearing that you shouldn't trust just anyone with underpinning - - it's just too important and the company you work with needs to have true expertise in this particular field. For this reason I did a lot of research before settling on any one company for the job. Clifford was responsive from the beginning and I appreciated how quickly he was able to get me a quote. The price was competitive but the professionalism is what stood out the most. He displayed an openness that was reassuring and didn't hesitate to point out some important aspects about how he approached the work (from insurance to technique) that I could easily compare to the competition. Schedule - when it came to the timing of the project he did exactly what he said he was going to do. The project was completed on time and without any drama whatsoever. Delroy was the main foreman for my job and Delroy takes such pride in his work and was happy to give me tours and explain things I didn't understand. No Cutting Corners - when it comes to underpinning cutting corners seems like the wrong approach (both figuratively and literally). Clifford and his team did the work by the books and I really appreciated that. There were no delays occasioned by doing things the right way but some contractors will suggest that there will be. Every time we needed the city to come and inspect, they were there without delay (book it today and they are there tomorrow). Every time. My engineer was appraised of when he needed to attend and the visits were all on time and Clifford and his team always passed with flying colours. Doing it the right way gave me such peace of mind. Nice people - it's nice to get quality work done and enjoy the folks you are working with (or the folks you have hired to do the job). From the first call to our last, I was grateful for how pleasant, calm and reassuring Clifford always was. Not to be taken for granted, Clifford! I miss you and your team already. Thanks for doing all of the big and small things that made my project so successful. A resounding 10 stars for you and your team.
