This is a company that knows what customer service is! I hired this company to do the trim work on our vinyl replacement windows. They did a marvelous job, were very helpful and took the time to answer all the questions we had. Their rates were the best around and the job was excelent! I would not hesitate to hire this company for my siding, trim or window replacement needs in the future.

While their products maybe fair, their customer service is almost none! We purchased our replacement windows and vinyl siding from them. When we needed a few pieces of siding, because another company screwed up the installation, we kept getting promises of delivery that never happened. They constantly gave us the run around and didn't tell the truth, when they said they would get us a replacement screen for a bent one. When we asked them the name of the siding manufacturer, we were given a very misspelled version and were left to figure it out ourselves. I could not in good faith recommend this company!

This business is a wonderful asset! I went to them for advice with installing my pool liner and Tina was wonderful. She gave me some very helpful advice that made the installation very smooth. She also told me about chlorine free products that I could use for my pool. She told me exactly how to use them and even hand wrote the instructions for me. The new products are wonderful. I can go 2 weeks without having to do a thing to my pool and it stays sparkling clean! I will use this company for all my pool needs in the future. You can't beat the service!

We hired this company, owned by Sam Rudolph, to fix our central heat and air unit. He told us it was unrepairable and we needed a new one. We purchased a new unit and they installed it. Not even a week later, the thermostat broke. The next winter the heat went out, it took 2 day before anyone showed up. We were charged a service call and thought the unit was fixed only to continue to have problems for the next 2 months. At one point Mr. Rudolph said he would come by when he was in the area because of gas prices, mean while we were left to freeze. After failed attempts by this company to keep the unit running, I contacted another company. The other company found missing parts, parts wired wrong and a total disaster. Lucky for us, the other company was able to convince the manufacturer to replace the entire inside of the unit as it was under warranty and Mr. Rudolph had destroyed it. It still costed us over $600 for labor but at least we weren't freezing and have had no problems since. Mr. Rudolph refused to return any calls or sign for the registered letter we mailed to him. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

We experienced a house fire and had to replace all the carpeting. We purchased the carpet and installation from AAFC only to have the worse experience we have ever had with a company. The installation was horrible! The carpet was not stretched, our baseboards were damaged and it looked horrible. There were large gashes in the doorways, the metal strips holding the carpet kept coming up and it took more than a week for the owner to return calls. Every time someone was sent to fix the mess, they only made it worse! After giving the company three attempts at fixing the carpet we asked for the damaged carpet to be replaced but was refused. We now have to live with wrinkled, slashed carpet! Do not buy carpet from this company no matter how much lower the price, it is not worth saving a few dollars.
