Ross came by our place the afternoon after I first called the company. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and put all my fears aside. I had a small bit of mold behind my basement bathroom baseboard (which Ross cleaned for me) and he even helped with my "moldy" smelling washing machine! He didn't waste my time with expensive tests, and other pricey suggestions. Thanks Ross for your help, you put this Mom's fears at rest!

Imran came by our place on very short notice, and was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He reassured us that we could call anytime if we had any questions, and we will definitely use his services should the need arise again!
