Service was awesome. Everything from keeping me abreast of when they were coming ... I got a call to confirm that the appointment was booked for the time slot requested, then a couple more from the crew that were assigned to my job. Zach and Taylor were extremely professional and polite. They came in and got the job done! They explained that they could not take cans of old paint and told me that I could call 311. I love that the company repurposes as much as they can out of what's collected. Keeping waste out of landfill is one of the reasons why I chose 1-800-got-junk.

I have original hardwood floors (approx. 100 year old home) that were in rough shape. Not only did Matthew and his team do a fabulous job, they have excellent customer service. Not only did they seal the area for the initial sanding but they also sealed all my cabinets in the kitchen so that the fine dust didn't get in!

I would highly recommend TJ for the turnaround time, the quality of the job and customer service. I had asked for a swatch of fabric so that I could use it to find matching fabric for a wing chair. When the couch was delivered, Milton had forgotten to bring the swatch. He returned a few days later with it.

I have had previously recieved excellent service from Murray (a number of years ago). I called him recently as the water service coming into the house was leaking. I told him that I was looking for a quote to either repair or replace the pipe coming into the house. He told me to call back with my address and that he would try to come by that night. I called and left the address and my cell number. Later I called to confirm but got his voice mail. He never turned up nor did he bother to call to cancel. I would be reluctant to call or recommend him.
