I cannot recommend Maid4Condos enough. My house always feels fresh and spotless after their visits. AND - I hurt my back a while ago, which means I do very little cleaning myself beyond keeping my kitchen and bathroom reasonably clean. I also have a cat, and I can't afford their services more than once a month. So, I pay a bit more now for deep cleanings ($170). Most recently I booked a pre-Passover clean that included the fridge and oven and windows, and Flora and Euler gave me back a spotless home. You will never need to hire anyone else.

I needed an old wall air-conditioner removed and a new one installed. The old one proved to be very problematic to remove - it looked built-in rather than just installed. He figured it out and completed the job. He was also available at very short notice. I would definitely use him again. You really can't go wrong hiring him.

Sandra from Ease up and her partner did an amazing job with my place. I needed roughly 40 boxes unpacked (mostly books and kitchen stuff) and wanted my whole apartment organized. They spent 8 hours working on my apartment and it is now fabulous! Not only does everything have a home, the organization is intuitive so I've had no problems finding stuff. And they didn't just unpack and organize, they also helped me decorate the apartment with my photos, posters, and knick-knacks so it looks like a lovingly lived-in home. I cannot recommend them enough. Best money I ever spent.

Just had my apartment deep cleaned by Maid4Condos' Fiorella and Gerson. They did a phenomenal job. My house literally gleams! I will definitely use Maid4Condos again. Thank you for making my home so clean and nice

I moved and had to install a window air conditioner, a ceiling fan light, remove some blinds, and install a ceiling hung curtain rod.\ Handyman matters were very accommodating of my work schedule, willing to change an appointment at the last minute. When their handyman became ill, they promptly rescheduled for the next morning. The person they sent to me, Bruce, was great. He was efficient but also particularly careful and clearly wanted to get the job done right. He also put up with me asking him all sorts of questions (as I usually like to do my own work but didn't know how to do this stuff). The company is on the expensive side, at $75 per hour plus a $40 initial travel charge, but all in all, a great experience, and I will definitely use them again.

Greenland provided an excellent service. The moving crew was professional, polite, and very careful with my stuff. There were no hidden or extra fees. They only charged $100 to break up the move to two days. I will definitely use them again. (It would have been cheaper to use 3 person crew. Live and learn).
