Why these guys showed up with 9/9 in black (23 reviews) I didnt know my error as well for it not looking at all the glaring POOR REVIEWS. I unfortunately called them and booked an appointment so called $80 service charge to diagnose the problem, and once done we do decide to go ahead with them, there will then be a $299. +parts fee and the $80 service charge will be deducted. NOTE RedFlag 1- they will tell you as it is same day you cant call back and cancel the appointment. Red Flag 2 - Booked time earliest appointment was bet 4pm and 7pm, this is at 2 something pm but buddy called within minutes will be at my home in 5mins. Their tech guy came and opened the lower back of the fridge, looked at the freezer to identify the problem which took him 5-7 mins to identify the motherboard to the thermostat not communicating. HOWEVER, To confirm that is issue or possibly something else required it will cost $299.00. Less than 10 mins to now actually have to remove the thermostats and put a meter on it and confirm it JAZZ motherboard and control requires replaced. I told him I would rather get a Fridge. The service fee for these guys are basically $299+tax! Dont get fooled Their forms of payment RBC debit, E-transfer (he took a pic of the e-transfer) or Cash.

Unfortunately, I cannot further recommend Mike, as he does not honour any faulty workmanship but instead advises his clients that they pay for HONDA WORKMASHIP BUT EXPECT BMW QUALITY! June 2021-Mike's guys including a young apprentice removed 13x13 tiles and installed 23x23 tiles in our foyer and kitchen. The young apprentices was left to do from the Guest Bathroom to the Front Doorway. Shortly after the installation three of the tiles when walked upon can be heard knocking. Mike was called, upon his inspection at he said the tile was solid, to which I disagreed, and when he walked on it again in an attempted to prove his point it knocked and so did the adjacent two. His remedy was to drill a hole from the subfloor (open basement access) up when he going to do our 2nd floor hardwood floor. YET TO BE DONE. He was also shown the grouting was already cracking at the door??? That too was to be refilled at the same time. YET TO BE DONE July 2021-We were away for 10 days, during this time the removal of carpets on the 2nd floor and the installation of engineer hardwood flooring. The job appeared rushed...his crew had dirty hand prints on our new fabric bed!, mattress walls, doors, cracked door casing and damaged baseboard, broken trim to finish at the top of the step... LIKE REALLY. NONE of the aforementioned workmanship issues were corrected either! To make matters worse I caught Mike UPCHARGED US $10.00 per box on the cost of the material for delivery and having to drive from Mississauga to Hamilton show us samples (once, and please look at your service area). Note, we could have gotten FREE DELIVERY FOR THREE of the stores in our immediate are due to the quantity being purchased. Mike was to return to do our stairs and I was hoping he will do the right thing and address these issues including cleaning cost of bed. Jacinda was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. First and foremost, She is honest, a good communicator, great painter and efficient! She respected our home, quiet while she worked, moving about doing her thing like a "ninja". She provided us with a timeline and endeavoured to be completed by same. We are very impressed with her work ethic and integrity. She turned our "green and orange" walls into something out of a magazine thanks to her paint quality and finish suggestion. Yes, we 100% recommend her!

Found Kraun on The Better Business Bureau site. Angelo attended to provide us with a quote, he also provided us with some sugguests. We felt comfortable with him and proceeded about a month later or so later on after all the lock downs We were advise the job will take about two days. The first day he attended by himself. He rethought some of his layout providing us with best possible options for our main floor which in the end saved us some funds and the light still looked great. The next day he attended with Tatiyana, extremely pleasent and knowlegable as well, again providing options, we ask to to addition items which they did at a cost of cause...but we could not be happier with the product, Angelo and Tatiyana. We have more work to do in the coming further and we will surely be calling Kraun.
