Great experience and value. My place hadnt had the ducts cleaned in a while and called RBS after a reno. Tony and team were great and explained each step. Looking at the full canister afterwards was a bit horrifying - wont be waiting so long next time. Tony also flagged an issue with the air return and put a temporary fix in place so everything stays clean. Much appreciated! All the stars/will use again.

I had one month to renovate an apt for a senior parent moving in which included a basement bathroom, some significant ceiling repair in two rooms, wall repair and a bunch of other things including a new window. Slava and his team got it all done exactly on time as promised. Communication was great and the couple things that went wrong were addressed with no issue which is a good recommendation right there. Slava improved the bathroom layout, recommended an electrician, took care of the waste (there was no room for a bin) and was all around great to deal with and so was everyone else on the team. I needed a gas line capped asap in advance of a move (switching gas stove for electric) and Martin was able to come same day - within a few hours. The job itself took only a few minutes and then Martin tested it for leakage where I could see. Totally satisfied! Thank you!

The bricks and mortar at ground level at the side of my old house were deteriorated and spalling in some places. After speaking with Phong, I decided to go for repair rather than parging. Tekla did the job in one day, replacing bricks including a windowsill and repointing where needed. There's a small section of the wall that was parged previously and he fixed a couple of cracks there too. When Phong came to assess, he added a few more fixes and now I'm pretty confident there won't be any moisture seeping through the bricks (there was efflorescence on the inside of the unfinished basement.) I will have the full side of my house repointed in a year or two and will call BAM. Both Phong and Tekla were professional, good at what they do and also very nice!

I called Dmitri on Monday, received a quote over the phone and had the backsplash tiled that Friday. They arrived when they said they would, were neat, courteous, precise and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't be happier and will call Tilestars to do the next project.
