Had Safetech install an alarm, the sale and installation was as smooth as silk. There were a number of technical issues with the alarm and my modem, they have all been resolved. Jonathan as very customer oriented in solving the technical issues.

The technician showed up on time, and went straight to work. He spent an inordinate amount of time cleaning the return, however, found a ton of gunk, primarily from kitchen reno. Very pleased with the job that was done; would certainly highly recommend.

We saw a Svea Kitchen a friends house and immediately and fell in love with the clean lines. Our friends raved about the design and installation. We forged ahead and had Svea create a design for us. The whole process was easy and professional with a minimum of sales pressure. Once our kitchen was ready for the cabinet install the whole process took no more than 2 days. There were a couple of issues with the install; however, they were dealt with quickly with little fuss. Would recommend the company and its products.
