Alarm Systems review in Scarborough

Had Safetech install an alarm, the sale and installation was as smooth as silk. There were a number of technical issues with the alarm and my modem, they have all been resolved. Jonathan as very customer oriented in solving the technical issues.

Alarm Systems review in Scarborough

Had Safetech install an alarm, the sale and installation was as smooth as silk. What is lacking is the after install service, I have had a number of technical issues, (the alarm not being monitored, etc.) unfortunately tech support never calls back when you leave a message. Michael has done his best but does not have the technical knowledge to assist. At this point I would not recommend do not have faith that the alarm is working or being monitored which is what I am paying for.
