Had a heat pump installed and it started leaking. Had the pump replaced numerous times along with service visits. Finally called another company after I was told by the owner that he would no longer service the unit or honor the warranty. The job was poorly done, communication was pathetic and the repairs were less than satisfactory. Do yourself a favor, save time, money and frustration and choose another company that provides quality workmanship and provides after market service.

A pleasure dealing with a local, family operated business. Was impressed with Nick in sales to the technicians who were more than professional. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new or replacement heat pump.

Had a boiler installed by POM and found that it was leaking yesterday. Irving came to repair the problem and started that the damaged part was well over five years old. Would never ever use or recommend this company to anyone. Let the buyer beware!!!
