Where do we start about all the good things to say about Jordan and Distinct Heating & Cooling? When our furnace completely stopped working, we realized the timing was after hours. We called and Jordan answered the after-hours line without delay. Call it business-sense, customer service, or both, Jordan genuinely tried to help us economically over the phone before doing a call-out. He provided the amount for the call-out, gave an estimate of when he would arrive, and went through what seemed to be mental list of checkboxes as he checked the connections to be all okay. Afterwards, the furnace came on! For how long the furnace would continue working we did not know. Jordan advised replacement of a control board for which he really did what he could to get one at that time. Jordan advised what to do in case the furnace stopped overnight. He gave an estimate of when he might be able to come by the next day to replace the control board. Though he was booked the next morning, what a pleasant surprise that his schedule allowed him to come by in the morning! Thank you so much, Jordan, for getting our furnace working again! We are so appreciative of Jordans education and knowledge of furnace operation (and thermostats) and that Distinct Heating & Cooling was neither the least expense nor the most expensive company, especially on the evening before the coldest days of the week/weekend. We are so happy to hear that Jordan answered the call promptly and tried to save you an overtime call out fee by trying to diagnose your heating issue over the phone. We know just how expensive things have gotten in our world over the last couple of years so we do truly try whenever possible to avoid our customers paying for something that may be a quick fix such as making sure you have a clean filter in place and knocking the snow/ice off of exhaust pipes when it is extremely cold out!

We try to keep as many parts on our technicians vehicles as possible but sometimes a second visit is required if that part needed is a special order part or not one that we readily have on our vehicles. We try to do the return visit as soon as possible and without an additional call out fee for our customers. Being up front about our costs is very important to us so our customers are never caught off guard when they get the bill at the end.

We want to show our deep appreciation to the super team of Cody and Jeff. We had been having water sipping into the door frame whenever it rained or having snow melting. Cody came by not only gave us very practical suggestions , he and Jeff also put in 1000% efforts to do the repair plus putting extra water proof layers underneath the siding to make sure there will be no more leaking. When we have concerns, Cody responded promptly and able to come back to resolve the issue within the same day. Super amazed with their professional skills and their exceptional customer support.
