Our company has many rental properties in the downtown Toronto area as well as north York and we use pesticon each time we have an issue and they always respond very quickly and provide service that is an indication of their great service time and time again. our pest control manager Khayyam Haider provided us with professional service and I would absolutely refer his service and pesticon to anyone who requires pest control. the prices are very reasonable and with a 6 month guarantee it is unbeatable

I had not cleaned my duct system since 2004. We had recently completed some major interior renovations and afterwards found that the heating was not circulating properly throughout the house. I called Dialone and was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable Josh, who not only allowed me to watch the process, but explained it too. He also pointed out some poor connections that were caused by my contractors and even remedied the issues by re-sealing my furnace and some duct work. Fantastic company, with no hidden fees and very reasonable prices. Being in investment real estate and owning many rental properties, I would definitely use Dialone in the future and also recommend their services to anyone else.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

As a real estate agent, I have used Tom's services twice in the last month. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. His inspection reports are outstanding being very clear and easy to understand. Not to mention he also delivers the report within hours, which is invaluable for my clients in real estate. During the inspection Tom is very helpful and will take the time explain any issues or answer any questions that you may have. I would recommend Tom to all my clients.
