I was unimpressed with Beswicks from the very beginning. We booked in September and waited the 7 weeks they said it would take max. The time came and went and after we called multiple times no one ever called us back. We were promised they would come on a particular day, they never came. Promised anther day it was delayed due to weather. We then were told they would come early next week. Early week came and went. They didn't come until I called and told them I would go with their competeitor if they didn't come. They were here the next day. They don't accept visa, and will never call you back! Pay the extra money and go with another company!

I am sorry for your frustration. Due to the large size and difficulty level associated with the removal of your tree (i.e., tree position in relation to high voltage power lines and your house), proper weather conditions were required to maintain a safe work environment for our Employees. When our first attempt was met with unfavourable conditions we had to re-schedule. It was this same wind storm that prevented us from returning in a timely fashion. We were required to respond to several emergency calls of downed trees as well as prior commitments to other Customers.
We are a local independently owned and operated Company with reasonable rates and a dedicated and skilled staff. As a result, we often have a very high work volume. We have chosen not to offer credit cards as a payment method to keep our rates low as well, so we are sorry for any inconvenience. You may be interested to know that we have recently instituted e-Transfer to make bill payment easier.
