I was able to connect to a live person right away who sent a technician within a prompt window - unlike multiple other well rated companies who either did not return my call or were unavailable. Given my issue was water rapidly leaking into my basement from a source behind a wall this was a relief. Matthew was on site all day diagnosing and then solving the tricky problem and fixing other misc problems that I was unaware of (eg broken sump pump) but were clearly issues once he identified them to me, thus preventing future problems. Above and beyond service that was much appreciated!

Mario was very efficient and courteous when I called on the coldest day of the year with no heat in my house. He sent a technician to my house within the hour, who diagnosed the problem immediately and went to pick up the part to fix the problem and return right away. He was also able to call to find out if the part was covered under warranty. Mario followed up via phone to ensure all was good. Reasonable pricing, excellent service, would highly recommend.

Great showroom with huge range of products (from basic to top end), I purchased all my appliances for my new house from the store. Salesperson (Kao) was very informative and practical with information/recommendations, prices were very competitive. Small slip up with a wrong part for one appliance but it was remedied quickly and to our satisfcation. Deliverymen were excellent, very conscientious and polite (shovelled show to clear a path to door when we had not done so and laid a cardboard box path from front door to kitchen so as not to damage our hardwood floors).

Project involved complete hardscape and planting re-do for front and back yard: quality of hardscape was excellent but overall project was not cheap, esp. for quantity of planting that was provided. Also required occasional reminders of items brought up during proposal process. End product seems well matched to lifestyle requests though. Would have given higher rating if co was more prompt at returning phone calls and emails, which usually took up to 2-3 business days to be returned (both before and after signing contract). Quotes and project start (once determined) were timely however. Overall, given the price of their work, one would probably expect better attention to business detail and customer responsiveness but quality of end product is good.
