Our basement toilet had a backflow issue which looked serious. Mike from Public Plumbing responded quickly and was at the house shortly thereafter. He identified the tree roots causing the problem, cleared out enough to get water flowing properly for the short-term, and set up the repair service for the following day. Two men from Public Plumbing appeared on time and finished the job (digging out a small section of our basement floor and replacing pipes) within several hours. Very impressed with the polite, prompt, knowledgeable approach, especially from Mike, and would use this service again.

We had a very positive experience with Bosco. Our serviceperson, Mike, arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem with our kitchen sink, and completed the repair in good time. His pleasant and professional manner was greatly appreciated. We would definitely use the service again.
