Such a good experience! On time, on budget, professional and super helpful in explaining things to me. There was a piece of what they were doing that I just could not understand, the plumber who came to do the work, took the time to talk to the other contractor and made things go a lot easier for me! Thanks, and will definitely use them again and gladly recommend them to friends.

I researched duct cleaners and heard from a friend that they used Laird. I called and dealt with Bryan. They were terrific. I thought I would have to have the furnace balanced, but they cleaned the ducts, and then cleaned the furnace. They told me to wait to see how things went before spending any more money! Unheard of - didn't try to oversell me. Things are great, the heat is better balanced and the tenants are happy. Thanks guys, would definitely recommend Bryan and his crew.

I had recent dealings with The Bejamin Moore outlet at Queen and Carlaw. Great service, knowledgeable staff, patient!! They mixed paints for me, I wasn't happy with the color on the walls, so I returned 2 tins and they remixed them = finally have the right colors. Thank you so much, the house looks amazing.

Amazing experience. The guys were on time and on budget. We had a major leak in the room below where they were working, I called Trish and she came over immediately with Arthur. My contractor came as well. Luckily it wasn't the roof! But the fact that they showed up, ready to take the blame and fix the problem was incredible. We will need to get the main roof done next year, I will definitely use this company. Very positive experience. Thanks guys!!
