I hired Ethan of McPipe Plumbing to install 2 sink faucets in the master bedroom washroom. He overcharged us severely for this job. Namely, he charged us $406 including hst to install the 2 faucets. He also told us that if had installed only one faucet, the charge would be the excessive price of $250 plus hst. I also hired him to install a faucet in a rental property we own. That turned out to be a very stressful experience. First time he cancelled the job and when I re-booked he was 2 hours late which upset the tenants. I would not recommed McPipe Plumbing - Then is unreliable and charged too much for the jobs. Ethan of McPipe plumbing is now claiming that he offerred us a full refund. It is not true he did not offer us any refund.

Hello Gabriel,

Thank you for sharing your experience. we are sorry to hear you are under the impression that charging 180+hst to install a new bathroom faucet & drain assembly is considered "expensive." You were very happy with the price when it was presented to you. Your wife was even happier.

on top of that, your wife threatened me with a bad review I'd I didn't return her 100$ (unsure how she got to this random number). I went above and beyond and offered a FULL REFUND to which she refused. I have text messages to prove all of the above.

Lastly, your wife is the one to cancel on me the 1st time around, saying that her tenant had an issue with her (now I understand why...) and therefore we could not proceed with the job. Mind you, this was a couple of hours from the scheduled job which was booked a few days beforehand. I did not charge you for a cancelation fee.

The 2nd time around, after you were so impressed with my work and prices, you booked me again for another job. I told you I'd be there between 2-4pm. I sent you an eta via text for 3.45pm. You texted me that your husband is impatient and cannot wait, therefore you're cancelling the job (for the 2nd time!).

Look at all the positive reviews I have, you and your wife are clearly the problem. You do not deserve to have a fair and honest service like the one I provide.

Enjoy being taken advantage of other plumbers. Only then you will realize much of a gem you've lost.

We hired Cesar's Interlocking in September 2020 to install 17 stone pillars a metal fence, interlock driveway, metal gate on the driveway, concrete walkway all-around the house and change the concrete floor inside the garage. The owner, Cesar told us that the project would be completed at the end of November. However, the project turned into a horror story for us. We paid him upfront $81,000 - 60% of the total cost and then immediately after that he started delaying all work. Even though we paid him $81,000 upfront he neglected to secure the stones for the pillars and after an 8-month delay he started demanding more money and refused to install the metal gate, at which point we had to fire him as our contractor. He inflated all prices, and for example he attempted to charge us $8,800 for a metal gate that he paid for $1700. He put poor quality sand in the driveway even though he charged us an excessive amount for the interlock driveway. The new concrete garage floor for which he charged us $10,000 has numerous cracks because his men did not install it properly. Avoid this incompetent, dishonest contractor. all He is an absolute horror story and caused us so much stress.

They are dishonest and tried to overcharge me by $1800 at the beginning of the installation. Then they rushed the job, and the majority of the headers were facing the wrong way and did not provide adequate coverage. Also, a leak was discovered caused by a T-shaped large pin that one of the installers inserted in the rubber pipe. So one of their guys sabotaged the installation. There was so many problems with the headers that they had to come several time to fix headers, but they refused to adjust the last three headers - they claimed that they had been at my place already 5 times, which is not true, and insisted on charging me unfairly $105.00 for a service charge, for their inept installation. Avoid dealing with this company. They don't stand behind their product.

Alex first said that old bathtub tiles are the reason that the bathtub is leaking into the wall and sprang a leak in the ceiling below. Then he said that the faucet was installed incorrectly . After fiddling with the faucet for a couple hours Alex claimed that he fixed it and there should be no more problems. The next day my tenant called me that the bathtub is is still leaking into the ceiling below after he took a shower. Alex told me that he cannot do do any more for me and refused to come back, even though he already charged me $200 cash for the job. Don't hire him for any plumbing job.

Thank you for your feedback.

For starters we do not appreciate being threatened by you via email of complying with your demands or getting a "bad review".

It's been made clear to you that your bathtub tiles are the primary problem, the secondary problem is improperly installed faucet. We in good fate tried to correct the "secondary problem" aka "faucet" as much as possible, we have also tested it with you present and there were no leaks. With that said, you can't expect magic without fixing the "primary problem" aka your bathtub tiles. From our end we did everything possible to do as far as "plumbing" goes, we aren't GC's or Tilers and can't resolve those issues as it isn't our field of trade, as such you can't expect us to come back and do something that isn't within our Trade.

As such we acted in a professional manner and you were made aware of all problems, at this stage we ask that you refrain from "libel accusations" in an attempt to defame us.
