Plumbing & Parts Home Centre In Pickering has awesome products and service. This is our second bathroom renovation, where We did all our shopping at Plumbing and Parts!! The staff are very knowledgeable and helped educate us to select the best products for our home. We were able to purchase a beautiful custom vanity built just to our specifications. I met Chris when I started my carpet search for my renovation, at Alexanian Carpet in Whitby. He was helpful and knowledgeable, listened to my wish list and suggested a great carpet. The installation was awesome. It was done right on schedule and they were very careful of our newly renovated rooms. We didn’t even need to repaint the baseboards after they finished. Chris was also kind enough to make a little rug for our dog from a leftover piece, as he loves the plush carpet too. So happy we shopped at Alexanian, Whitby!!

From the first dealings with Woodchuck we were impressed with sales staff helping educate us about the products, so we could make decisions for our home. Mike did a great job explaining options when he visited to prepare our quote. We were extremely pleased with the flooring and baseboard installation that was completed in less than 2 days by Victor and the other 3 men. We were very impressed with the skills and the great level of customer service. For the next phase of the project we were so impressed with Clinton and he took great care of the project details. He was always communicating with us about next steps. He prepared a perfect colour stain and did amazing baseboard installation in challenging areas. Our contractor highly recommended Tauton Trades when our gas fireplace seemed to have problems. Based on Dave’s inspection of our existing fireplace, we decided to purchase a new gas fireplace. Tauton Trades was able to provide a great looking, Canadian made fireplace to replace our unit. Before the job was booked, I contacted Sean at Tauton Trades as my furnace was not working. He responded right away and was there the next day. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem and start the furnace. The price was so reasonable too!! I couldn’t ask for better service! On installation day for the fireplace, Kevin and Ben showed up right on schedule. I was very impressed with them and they were very careful to protect our new wood floors. The installation went smoothly and they certainly knew what they were doing. Kevin explained how to operate my new unit. Such great customer service from everyone. Tauton Trades is a great company!!
