We were referred to Kevin Mengers of Advanced Tree Care Inc. by another fine arborist - what higher praise. An OMB decision approving development 4 feet behind our healthy/mature Linden tree prompted us to seek the best arborist available to assess and report on the risks involved, replacement costs and preferred methodology for tree protection during construction - a tall order. Kevin was prompt,(next day), knowledgeable and wrote an excellent report which we then submitted to the OMB and Urban Forestry where his credentials are both well-known and respected. We have asked Kevin to be on-site when excavation begins - he has given us hope where we had none. Kevin is a consummate professional with impeccable credentials. There are not too many arborists in North America that have an ISA/PNW Certified Tree Risk Assessor after their name. He is passionate about his work and a pleasure to deal with.
