Ordered a couch 3 weeks ago with a scheduled delivery of June 23rd between the hours of 9am and 12pm. Received a call on June 23rd at 8:50am saying that couch would not be delivered due to unforseen circumstances. They would call and arrange a new delivery. They called to set up a time for Sunday but since we live in a condo, not able to accept deliveries. Called delivery phone number to set up new time. Now, they are unable to view our file. Convenient. Had to wait until Monday. They are now unable to book a specific window of time. Why was it possible three weeks ago and now it isn't possible? So, I have to take a day off work for this delivery. How is this customer service. I will never shop here again. Horrible!

Originally very pleased with customer service at showcase location in Whitby. But, when scheduling delivery, Call Centre agent basically said if I didn't have anyone home during the window that they provide you the day before, that I could go pick up the appliances myself. Nice! Some of us work and don't want to take a whole day off work because MAYBE the appliances will be delivered during the day. Not everyone can schedule a day off one day prior to the date required. Also, when the refrigerator was delivered, they created a gouge in our brand new flooring with their dolly. No apology. When contacting the Home Delivery Team about the issue, the response was "you signed the receipt saying no damage was done to the premises". I acknowledge that I made the error in signing. However, no accountability was taken for their error. No apology. No refund on the delivery fee. Nothing. This company demonstrates zero compassion for their customers post sale. I would never recommend them!

Thank you for your review. We try to be very clear from the beginning regarding our delivery process that we cannot accommodate delivery windows and that the customer is advised of their window the day prior to delivery. We can provide you with the date of delivery up to 2 weeks out however we are not able to provide the time window until the day prior. This is industry standard. For your convenience, we do provide Saturday deliveries one day a month at the regular price as well as offer more options including evenings and Saturdays for an additional fee.

I'm sorry to hear that there is a gouge on your floor, however, as you state, you signed that there was no damage done at the time of delivery.
