We bought a new house in June of 07 with two fireplaces. Because of cost and quality of wood, we didn't want to go back to using our last firewood company, who would send wood that just wouldn't burn. Called Glenn (through a referral from a friend) and was very pleasantly surprised with his customer service and availability. He was very willing to deliver the wood according to my schedule, his cost was extremely competitive and I've never had better burning wood! He now calls occassionally to check in see if we need more and how we're finding the quality of the wood.
This guy needs to give Bell and Rogers a lesson in Customer Service. Great cost, great service and not a single complaint. Life should be so easy.
