Paul from Reliance (team member BEAZ060) came by to repair our new air conditioning unit. He was fantastic. He explained everything to me in plain English, did all of the required testing (and some extra tests as well) and helped to solve our A/C issues.

New furnace and AC system

The gentlemen, Danny and John showed up at 8:00 AM sharp and they were done by 11:00 am. They courteous, efficient and took time to answer my questions. The installation was done neatly and professionally. There was one small cosmetic issue that I asked them to address and they gladly fixed it. We chose to rent as this is a preferred route for us rather than dishing out $7,000 when we will likely not be here in 5 years.
Also, Jesse McLean the sales rep did a great job walking us through our options and made the process really simple for us. Thanks Jesse!

Air Conditioner Repair

I called Reliance to have a look at my broken air conditioner, technician Adam Walker showed up in my appointment window and had called ahead to let me know of his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it solved in a couple of hours. I'm glad my air conditioner was up and running the same day, and Adam also recommended I enroll in a protection plan for my equipment to cover future repairs costs, which I did. Thank you, Syed

We just had a new furnace installed. Matt and Rob did a great job with the installation, they were prompt, professional and were also very helpful with any questions I had. They even took the time to explain the operation and maintenance requirements of the furnace.

Hot Water Tank

Was running out of hot water before one 10 minute shower was even done. I called Reliance and they sent Jason Mitruk over first thing Saturday morning, which was the best time for me. He was polite, professional and very informative. And he even took the time to wear his slippers over his boots to protect my carpet. Overall the experience was great.

Hot Water Heater Repair

Hot water heater was leaking, and we needed to have it moved as we had to bend our furnace filters to install them. Service by Jay from Reliance was clean, efficient, polite.
