installation appointment not kept. after repeated phone calls to the sales rep. finally showed up 4 hours later.The sales rep called and said that his manager would call to apologize. This did not happen.
The installation team once they showed up were efficient and meticulous

hot water heater replacement

had our hot water heater(rental)replaced yesterday by (john #1485).we wanted a 60 gallon tank to replace a 40 gallon tank but they do not make a 60 gallon with the 4" vent to the outside.john said there would be no problem as he would go back to shop and make an out side hood to replace the 4" vent down to a 2" hood,the 60 gal. tank has a fan on top of tank,need a 2 " exhaust.it fit perfect and looks very professional.he replaced the tank in know time and left our home and his work area as if he was never there.very satisfied with his service.

Install new furnace/AC

The unit works great so far. The installation was excellent. All the work done looks very neat and tidy. Everything was properly supported and all the piping was run out of the way along joists etc.. Ducting was done well and looks great.

We had a furnace and air conditioner put in our house today. Our installers name was Tim .He arrived on time. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He left my house in the same condition as it was when he arrived which was amazing for as big a job as it was to do on his own. Thanks Tim .

Our hot water tank suddenly stopped giving us hot water/ we called in the problem to Reliance, and, they had Seasons Change contact us within about 2 hours; within another 2 hours, they'd sent Glen to help us; within 20 minutes, he'd diagnosed the problem, fixed it, gave us excellent advice, and, was friendly and courteous. This is our 2nd visit by Seasons Change, and, in both visits, we have been very impressed; full value received; we would be happy to recommend them. Thank you.
