The unit works great so far. The installation was excellent. All the work done looks very neat and tidy. Everything was properly supported and all the piping was run out of the way along joists etc.. Ducting was done well and looks great.
Unfortunately they made a mistake when it came to my rebate for the $650 from the OPA and nobody at Reliance wanted to follow through with correcting their error. No one from Reliance ever phoned me to keep me informed of their efforts to rectify the situation. I still have not received my rebate and after many efforts to get in touch with someone who would resolve the issue I am still left very frustrated by their lack of customer service.
