After a meeting with a fantastic rep named Kelly Gilkinson, who went over my options and potential savings with me and worked to get me the best value, I had Kevin Connolly and Nick Albright in to replace my furnace, a/c and water heater within a few days, at the most convenient time for me. All 3 of the reps I dealt with were punctual, professional and pleasant; I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbours, and advise them to request Kelly, Kevin and Nick by name. The gentlemen even fixed up some less than stellar situations left by past, unrelated contractors, and Kelly made sure I was comfortable with my understanding of the paperwork side.
