So thrilled with Eric and the job he and his helper did!!! He pitched some great ideas to keep the cost down but still come out with a quality result, was friendly, professional and courteous. He picked out some great tile for me, and took care of everything in less time than he had originally quoted! Even though it was a small job, Eric and his helper went above and beyond in my opinion, and I will absolutely be referring him to all of my friends, and use him for any and all future jobs that come up! :D

After a meeting with a fantastic rep named Kelly, who went over my options and potential savings with me and worked to get me the best value, I had Kevin and Nick in to replace my furnace, a/c and water heater within a few days, at the most convenient time for me. All 3 of the reps I dealt with were punctual, professional and pleasant; I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbours, and advise them to request Kelly, Kevin and Nick by name. The gentlemen even fixed up some less than stellar situations left by past, unrelated contractors, and Kelly made sure I was comfortable with my understanding of the paperwork side. 30 Stars!

Chris Shaw was polite and friendly. He arrived on time and finished the repair quickly. We discussed the home care protection plan for my old furnace and I decided to enrol. I was very impressed that he did not exert any sales pressure but instead advised me of my options and gave me some time to think it over while he worked on my water heater.
