Head contractor was great to begin with and the patio is very pretty. Contractor and company were not at all interested in working with us when we ran into a major issue. Have not heard back from the company since completeing there survey. We do love having our patio but were not happy with the outcome of our very unsatisfactory customer service at the conclusion of the job.

Good presentation of job, background and experience. All phases of jobs preparation work were good and on time. Concrete cutting was supposed to be done by hand and was not. Overall job was fair.

When we reconstructed our pool, Triad did the concrete aggregate deck work with excellent results. We needed to repair a portion of the concrete and called them several times over the summer to get a quote and be put on the schedule. But no-one called us back. We finally got through to one person who got us on the schedule within a week. Again, excellent quality, but little follow-through on customer service.
