When we reconstructed our pool, Triad did the concrete aggregate deck work with excellent results. We needed to repair a portion of the concrete and called them several times over the summer to get a quote and be put on the schedule. But no-one called us back. We finally got through to one person who got us on the schedule within a week. Again, excellent quality, but little follow-through on customer service.
