they moved from arlinton to woburn. they were there exactly 35 min to change a drain, they charge me 2 hr x $ 85, dishonest.
they never update me with new estimates when they were unable to snake the sink. but later charged me $458.45 to snake and saw off the sink pipe. and also fix a symmons valve.

We were having thanksgiing dinner and teh kitchen sink clogged. One call and 30 minutes later a plumber was at our house. 20 minutes later the drain was fixed and all was well.

We've also used them to fix our leaking bath tub. They did a great job and also helped us resolve a confict with Rebath.
