Called Thermex during heat wave to have a look at my heat pump which was struggling to provide enough cooling. Thermex fixed the issue immediately at a very reasonable prices. Definitely will use it again.

Our relatively new air conditioner was not working correctly. We called Ali and he came the next morning and checked the unit and furnace. The AC worked for a day and then had the same issue. Ali answered as soon as we called and came to look at the unit again. We ruled out the issue being the Thermostat and he was able to find some debris that fell into the contacts of the furnace control board and cleaned it up solving our problem. Ali even followed up the next day to ensure the issue was resolved and that we were happy. Great customer service all around!
