We hired YLI after discovering water damage in our attic and daughter’s room. Jordan was excellent to come promptly and diagnose the problem. He was very polite and professional. He answered all our questions and completed the work needed with care and attention to detail. We plan to have YLI back to do some revocations for us in the near future. I highly recommend this company!

This company recently installed new vinyl plank flooring and vinyl tiles in most of the first level of my home. Overall was very satisfied but then the vinyl tile started to lift after 5 months. The company came back and replaced the flooring at no extra cost with a better quality vinyl tile. I would recommend them for any of your flooring needs.

I thankfully met Jordan and his team through a Facebook ad. My roof was leaking and I knew I needed to replace it. I received 3 quotes and YLI was the only company to actually walk the roof. When Jordan quoted me he accounted for plywood replacement and other materials. Glad I went with him as costs were accurate. Had I gone with another company I would have been hit with unforseen costs. Jordan and his team did a great job and were sure ro leave the site clean. Highly recommend.

They installed a specialty metal roofing on a round porch. It looks incredible. The workmanship I was excellent and everything was cut precisely. All metal pieces had to be cut to fit. And the job site was kept very clean which is important for tenants.
