Installation OK, but installer had poor people skills, seemed put out by my wanting to know basically how it worked without reading the entire manual (ie. on/off, settings, water feed).

Shopped around for an A/C Dean came and inspected the job site and gave me a quote, he was very friendly and knowledgeable could do the job in a time frame that was good for me. The install team was great and cleaned up after they were done and made sure the system was operating correctly before they left.
The water heater install again was done very effectively and they made sure everything was operating correctly before they left and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend Dean and his team for HVAC and plumbing work or repairs

This company has been referred to me by my friend and on day 1, Dean (Owner) went to our house even after his working hours just to give us an estimate for the A/C. With that service even late at night I already know I can rely and trust this company to install our A/C.

After 3 days, he went back early in the morning and installed my A/C. The installation schedule was a couple of days earlier than expected. They forgot to bring my new Nest thermostat but it's all good because even so, he went back again in a reasonable amount of time to install that thermostat.

They did a phenomenal job. Dean and his crew are friendly and professional.
I definitely recommend this company for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs.

AC installation is needed at our brand new home, after shopping with few companies, I decided to choose AAA & I am glad We did! Dean came over to quote me a complete overhaul of my HVAC. His team of professional installers were extraordinary. Very detailed and fast. They were able to replace my furnace, humidifier, hot water tank and install central AC all in one day. They even had red carpet laid out for there path to utility room and then vacuumed up when done. Thank you Dean and his team. Very impressed.

Friendly staff. AAA provided the lowest cost with good warranty coverage. During the installation, options were given to help maintain the tank's lifespan. Did good cleanup of the area when done.

Two months after my 11 years old Goodman furnice died in the middle of the coldest month in Calgary and with repair cost nearly $2000, yet again died on a Saturday morning. Called AAA Heating and Plumbing company. Dave, the owner answered right a way and sent one of the super tech to check the furnice. The tech sited the problem in two minutes and replaced a part in 10 minutes and the furnice working again. I was trilled that the furnice was fixed fast and for a reasonable cost on weekend. A Big Thank you for the tromp service AAA.

4 am NewYears Day our hero cat woke us up kneeding and pfffting in our face until we got out of bed, he meowed us to follow him downstairs and we smelled smoke , (0) (0)... our furnace smelled like it was burning. Looked for furnace people to help, and found Dean from AAA, he came straight away.. another hero! He fixed it up to keep us warm until new furnace install.. today we have a lovely new furnace, guys are focused and fast pleasant and chipper .. all done by 2 pm! We be happy campers !

Our kitchen faucet lines were clogged with hot water tank lining bits so we bought a new faucet and Lance from AAA Heating and Plumbing came out on schedule, installed the faucet, cleared the lines at the new hot water tank and cleaned everything up, all in an hour and a half. Lance was very professional, pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing and why, my wife was very impressed. We will definitely be using them again if we have another plumbing problem.
